Our first exercise is an exercise with a ball. It involves placing a ball about 8 to 9 inches under your chin and pressing the ball with your chin. You should repeat this exercise at least 20 times daily. You will see very quick results.
The next on our list is tongue stretch. In this exercise, you have to stretch your tongue as far as you can. After that, you have to take your tongue upwards and try to touch your nose. You have to hold this position for about 10 seconds. Repeating this exercise will help you in getting rid of the extra fat.
The next exercise is a pucker up. In this exercise, you have to sit and look at the ceiling. Make sure your head is facing upwards. Pucker your lips as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling. When you are in the kissing position, you will feel like your neck area is stretching. This stretching is going to help you in losing your double chin. After that, bring your head back to the normal position.
In the next exercise, you need to move your head backward and look at the ceiling. After that, you have to push your lower jaw in the forward direction. You will feel that your neck is stretching. You have to keep your head in the position for about 10 seconds. Relax your head for a while and then repeat the exercise again.
Chewing gum is another exercise that can help you in burning the fat under your chin.
The next exercise you can do to lose your double chin is to make a fish face. In this exercise, you suck your cheeks inwards. You have to hold this position for a while.
