Skipping with a rope or simply jumping helps your legs in growing long. This is a blend of fun and fitness.

Apart from the ones mentioned above, some other exercises to increase your height are swimming, toe lifts, leg kicks, forward spine stretch, cycling, squats with jumps, Surya namaskar, side planks, and pelvic shifts.
